Custom Orders

Jewelry Care

Jewelry should always be removed when bathing, swimming, or exercising. Avoid sprays, oils, lotions, or water directly on your piece. Naturally occurring chemical reactions over time will "age" your piece. This is called a natural patina.

You can use the provided polishing cloth to polish your pieces and to keep the mirror finish bright and shiny.

Do not use jewelry cleaner. Your patina will be stripped entirely, and the stone will inevitably be damaged & I cannot confirm that the piece can be restored to its original state.

Shipping 

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority. 

Please note - Once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Silver Moon, and I am not responsible for lost packages. Silver Moon is a small business and is a one women show and unfortunately I can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. That said, I do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance.

Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and I'll correct it if still in possession of the item. 

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. I'm happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

All packages will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Lost, stolen, or damaged mail will be the purchaser's responsibility.

Your tracking number will be provided when the USPS receives the item.

Returns & Repairs

All purchases are final.

I do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size.

 I do not cut my own stones, so if a stone has broken, I unfortunately, cannot fit it with a new stone. After five days of receiving your item, repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Repairs are often expensive, so take care to be gentle with your jewelry.
